Bubur Cha-Cha

Saya suka masak manisan...saya suka manis...sebab saya adalah SEMUT.




Bahan A :
1 biji keledek kuning potong cubes
1 biji keledek purple potong cubes
1 biji yam potong cubes [disebabkan kedai tak ada juai yam...maka saya buat bubur cha-cha tanpa yam]

Bahan B : Colourful Starch
Topioca Flour 150gm
Salt 1/8tsp
Boiling Water50ml
Colouring drops
[yang ni saya hantam sendiri...memang buat sampai bertitik-titik peluh!!! bayangkan 1kg punya tepung ubi habis disebabkan terlalu banyak kesalahan teknikal...]

akhirnya berjaya juga setelah bancuh tepung lebih daripada 10 kali...[sebenarnya tak faham bahasa...bahasa cina tak faham...bahasa inggeris lagilah tak faham...]

Bahan C:
Santan 1500ml(*1 1/2coconut)
Gula 250gm [6 sudu besar]
daun Pandan 3pcs
Garam 1/2tsp

方法:
1。將材料A.放在蒸盤中,用大火整20分鐘至軟。
2。彩色薯粉糰:將薯粉和鹽放入大碗中,倒入滾水攪拌均勻,
蓋上靜置15分鐘,再搓揉成不粘手的麵團,分成兩份,
一分青色素,另一份放紅色素。揉成扁長條狀,切成方塊狀。
3。煮滾半鍋水,放入薯粉糰,煮至浮起,撈起放入冰水中,撈起瀝乾。
4。將C.料放入鍋中,攪煮至滾,加入蒸軟的A.料和彩色薯粉糰攪拌,試味。

Method:

1. Put (A) into a steaming tray and steam with high heat for 20 minutes until soft.

2. Colourful Starch:
Put tapioca flour and salt into a mixing bowl; pour in boiling water and stir well. Cover and leave aside for 15 minutes. Mix and knead into a non-stick dough. Divide the dough into 3 portions; mix one portion with red colouring; 1 portion with yellow and l portion with green. Roll each portion into a long thin sausage shape and dice into cubes.
Bring 1/2 pot of water to boil; put in tapioca flour cubes and cook until all the cubes float up. Dish up and soak in ice water. Dish up and drain.

3. Put all ingredients (B) in a pot, bring to a boil; keep stirring until sugar is dissolved. When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add (A), colourful starch cubes and mix well.

4. Serve hot or cold as a dessert.
